Redis Property Management Co. began as a modest firm specializing in the management of mid-rise residential condominiums in the City of San Juan. The company officially commenced operations in December 1993, with its first project: the newly built 12-storey Casa Barcelona Condominium in Verde de Pasadena.
In November 1997, Redis welcomed its second client, City Garden Townhomes, a townhouse association conveniently located just across from Casa Barcelona.
Driven by the trust and satisfaction of its clients—who became the company’s strongest advocates—Redis steadily grew its portfolio over the years. Between 2002 and 2013, it acquired the management of several other residential developments, including:

By 2015, Redis had secured technical and housekeeping service contracts at Science Hub in McKinley Hill, Bonifacio Global City, and Cyber One Tower in Eastwood City Cyberpark.

In 2017, Redis took on its first condotel project—Swire Elan Suites Condominium in Greenhills, San Juan—followed by the acquisition of Palace of Makati Condominium Corporation in 2018.
In 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Redis launched Redis ePMS—an electronic Property Management System designed to enable contactless transactions across all Redis-managed properties. This digital initiative was introduced not only to comply with government-mandated health and safety protocols but, more importantly, to enhance convenience and accessibility for clients.
To this day, Redis ePMS remains an integral part of the company's operations, streamlining administrative processes and improving service delivery through efficient, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.
